Allen County Authorities Conduct Human Trafficking Sting Operation

The Allen County Sheriff’s Office along with the Violent Crimes Against Children and Human Trafficking Task Force performed an operation to target sex and human traffickers late last month.

According to a release that was issued Wednesday afternoon by the Sheriff’s Office, the sting operation was set up at a local hotel and resulted in multiple individuals being detained.

No arrests were made at the time.

This investigation is ongoing with charges expected to be presented at a later date.
