Allen County Crash Claims Life of Spencerville Teen
A 17-year-old Spencerville boy died in a traffic accident early Monday morning in Allen County.
According to a release, Owen Conley drove left of center while traveling west on State Route 117.
The car ended up off the north side of the road where it struck an embankment and tree before overturning.
Conley was pronounced dead at the scene.
He was not wearing his seat belt, and alcohol is believed to be a factor.
The crash remains under investigation.
