Area Agency on Aging 3 Launches Virtual Chronic Disease Self Management Program
The Area Agency on Aging 3 is offering a Chronic Disease Self Management Program.
The virtual online workshop focuses on issues common to people with a variety of health conditions.
Participants develop skills through action planning and feedback, behavior modeling, problem solving techniques and decision making.
The classes run for six weeks starting today through August 12th.
