The Bellefontaine Police Department is reminding motorists about Ohio’s No Cell Phone While Driving Law.

It’s illegal in Ohio to use or hold your phone while driving.

With the new school year underway or starting soon for some districts, this is especially important in school zones.

The police department advises motorists to keep their phone down and eyes up to help keep everyone safe.

They stated that no text or call is worth a life.
