Benjamin Logan School District Issues Update on Homeschool Notification Forms
Benjamin Logan School District officials issued a homeschool notification update to school district families.
They stated that any intent forms previously sent out were based on the old version of the Ohio Home Education Notification Form.
The form now required is the current homeschool notification form, effective October 3, 2023.
Families planning to notify the district of home education for the upcoming school year, should use the updated version to ensure the submission meets all Ohio Revised Code requirements.
