The trial of former Kenton High School teacher Dustin Clapsaddle continues today.

The jury consists of six men and six women, and one man and one woman are alternates.

They will decide the fate of the former Kenton High School teacher, who was indicted in August of 2023 on charges of rape, sexual battery, gross sexual imposition, and kidnapping.

Clapsaddle is alleged to have invited the victim to his house in January of 2018 where he allegedly forced her into his bedroom where he had sex with her.

The state will lay its case today and the trial is scheduled to conclude on Thursday.
