Crash Involving Scooter and Car in Findlay Leaves Woman Seriously Injured

A Findlay woman was injured at just after midnight Sunday after her mobility scooter was struck by a vehicle.

According to a release from the Findlay Police Department, 59-year-old Nanette Holley was crossing North Main Street at the intersection with 21st Street, and her scooter was struck by a northbound car being operated by 32-year-old Sarah Sexton, of Toledo.

Holley was transported to the hospital with serious injuries.

She was cited for crossing the street outside the crosswalk.

Sexton was cited for having an expired registration.
