Dunkirk Man Arrested in Kenton
A Dunkirk man was arrested on Friday evening in Kenton.
At around 8:40 Friday evening Kenton Police were dispatched to the parking lot in front of Gordman’s for a male looking inside of vehicles and wearing a maroon sweatshirt.
Officers arrived on scene and located the suspect, 39 year old Patrick J. Owens. Owens was arrested and charged for disorderly conduct while intoxicated while creating a risk of harm. He was also charged with theft from Kroger.
