Early Voting Hours Winding Down Ahead of May 6 Election in Hardin County

The last days of in-person absentee/early voting hours for the 2025 May 6th  Election are:

7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Monday, April 28, 2025

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 29, 2025

7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, April 30, May 1 and 2, 2025

8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Saturday, May 3, 2025

1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Sunday, May 4, 2025

There will be no voting on Monday, May 5, 2025 (per H.B. 458)

In-Person Absentee/Early voting will end at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 4, 2025.  Absentee voting is in the Board of Elections office in the basement of the courthouse. After 5:00 p.m. and on weekends, use the south entrance of the courthouse.

To vote by mail you may call the Hardin County Board of Elections office at 419-674-2211 and an application request will be mailed to you, or you can print off an application online at: https://www.ohiosos.gov/elections/voters/absentee-ballot/

Applications for absentee ballots to be sent by mail must be received in the Board of Elections office by 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 29, 2025.  If returned in person, absentee ballots must be in the Board of Elections office by 7:30 p.m. on Election Day, May 6, 2025.  If returned by mail, the absentee ballots must be post marked no later than the day before Election Day and received at the board of elections office no later than the 4th day after Election Day.
