The Ethos Search Operations Team spent time with Animal Science students this week at Ohio Hi-Point Career Center.
They dug into the science behind dog training and how it directly shapes the reliability of the team’s working K9s.
The students got to see how evidence‑based training isn’t about “commands,” it is about understanding how dogs learn, how consequences drive behavior, and how they build the kind of clarity and confidence their K9s need in the field.
The Ethos team thanked Ohio Hi‑Point for inviting them in and giving them space to share what they love.
They added that these students are the future of animal science, and it’s an honor to show them what science‑based training looks like in action.
