Fatal One-Vehicle Crash in Auglaize County Takes Life of Coldwater Resident
A Coldwater man was killed in a one vehicle crash that occurred Wednesday afternoon in Auglaize County.
According to a release from the Wapakoneta Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, 21-year-old Robert J. Kahlig lost control of his car while driving east on Kossuth Amanda Road.
The car went off the right side of the road where it struck a culvert and overturned.
Kahlig, who was not wearing his safety belt, was ejected from the car.
He was transported to St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima where he was later pronounced dead.
The crash remains under investigation.
