Fire Destroys Barn in Wyandot County
A barn was destroyed by fire Tuesday night in Wyandot County.
According to the report from the Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office, the Sycamore Fire Department was dispatched to the property located in the 2000 block of State Highway 53 where the barn was fully engulfed in flames.
The owner, Brandon Swihart, told deputies that the only thing on in the barn were ceiling lights.
The fire destroyed the barn and damaged the siding on a nearby house.
There were no injuries.
