Forest Police Department Expresses Gratitude for Retiring Officer

The Forest Police Department recently recognized an officer who announced that he is retiring.

Officer Thomas Hoying provided eight years of service to the Village of Forest and its residents.

The Forest Police Department expressed their gratitude and thanked Hoying for his selflessness, diligence, professionalism as well as offering well wishes on his retirement.
