Hardin County Career Expo Set for November 18

The Hardin County Career Expo is coming up November 18 at the Hardin County Fairgrounds Community Building in Kenton.

The event will run from 9 to 11:30 that morning and will bring together employers and students from Hardin County schools.

The Hardin Career Task Force is inviting local businesses and industries to showcase their careers and employment opportunities to students who could become future employees.

Organizers say the expo provides employers with an opportunity to recruit for both immediate and future workforce needs while giving Hardin County students information about employment, enrollment and enlistment opportunities that are available.

Set-up will take place from 7:30 to 8:45 a.m., with arrangements available for businesses that need to set up the day before.

Coffee and a light breakfast will also be provided.

The Hardin County Career Expo will be held at the Community Building at the Hardin County Fairgrounds, located at 14134 County Road 140 in Kenton.
