Hardin County Fair officials are threatening to either shut down or make more changes to the free ride wrist band program if unruly behavior continues from those waiting in line.

They have announced that they will now be handing out a select number of free tickets randomly every hour and no loitering at the ticket booth will be permitted.

If there are more problems, they will have to shut the program down.

For now, the 125-ticket limit per day still applies.
