Hazardous Weather Outlook: Severe Storms Possible for Hardin County and Surrounding Areas

A Hazardous Weather Outlook has been issued for Hardin County and surrounding areas in central and west central Ohio by the National Weather Service.

Scattered to numerous thunderstorms are expected this afternoon and evening, with the potential for strong to severe storms producing gusty to damaging winds and heavy rainfall.

Isolated flooding is also possible.

Temperatures around 90 degrees, combined with dewpoints in the lower 70s, will result in maximum heat index values reaching the mid to upper 90s.
