Indian Lake High School Students Soar with Bird Research Project at State Park

Some students at Indian Lake High School are literally taking their learning to new heights.

They have received a grant from Logan County Education Foundation to study birds at Indian Lake.

Using a specialized device installed at the state park, they are collecting valuable data.

But that’s not all, the student researchers will also do statistical analysis to dive deeper into the data.

They’ll be analyzing arrival dates and number of occurrences during migration.
