Indian Lake State Park officials are encouraging the public to visit its newly installed Pollinator Garden with Sensory Trail at Fox Island.
As part of their commitment to sustainability, they are following a recommended maintenance plan to ensure it thrives.
That includes planned mowing to keep weeds at bay and promote healthy growth, which is a 3-to-4-year process.
The benefits are that it provides a sustainable habitat for pollinators, reduces mowing and maintenance needs and features sensory pieces.
