A Dunkirk man was indicted earlier last month on multiple counts.

According to documents filed in Hardin County Common Pleas Court, 28 year old Cody R. Switzer was indicted on five counts of illegal use of a minor or impaired person in nudity-oriented material of performance and one count each of falsification and tampering with evidence.

Switzer pleaded not guilty to the charges this week.

A three day jury trial was scheduled and will start on August 20.

Switzer served as Hardin Northern’s band and music teacher.

He was placed on indefinite leave by Hardin Northern back in February.

Also in Common Pleas Court this week, Douglas A. Dunson was sentenced.

He was placed on five years community control with conditions on one count of attempted weapons under disability.

He must serve 90 days local incarceration.
