Kenton-Hardin Health Department Hosting Outreach Immunization Clinic
The Kenton-Hardin Health Department is hosting an Outreach Immunization Clinic at Ada Presbyterian Church from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m on Tuesday, May 21st.
They are accepting Walk-ins or by appointment. Please call 419-673-6230 to schedule.
The Health Department would also like to remind residents to bring their insurance card and Immunization Record.
Ada Presbyterian Church is located at 201 S. Main St. in Ada.
