Kenton-Hardin Health Department Reminds Residents of Free Narcan and Fentanyl Test Strips

Kenton-Hardin Health Department wants to remind residents that it offers Naloxone (Narcan) and Fentanyl test strips free of charge to anyone in the community.

Free Narcan is also available by mail to all Hardin County residents by visiting the Kenton-Hardin Health Department or by going online to https://uchd.net/narcan/ and clicking “Request A Kit By Mail”. The Project DAWN, naloxone distribution program, is funded by a grant from the Ohio Department of Health.

Since it’s inception in 2012, Project DAWN has grown to offer more than 420 naloxone distribution sites that cover around 82 of Ohio’s 88 counties. To view more Project DAWN distribution sites, please click here.
