The Kenton Lions Club Lions Roar Show will take place this weekend at the Performing Arts Center at the new Kenton Middle/ High School.
Lion Jason VanBuskirk talks about this year’s theme and showtimes, “The theme is ‘Moving on Up.’ We are being told that we are probably the first non-school group to be in the new Performing Arts Center, and it’s basically a salute to the building, because it’s an absolutely beautiful venue, beautiful facility, and the school has been just very gracious with us. The showtimes are Saturday at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday at 2:00 p.m.”
Tickets are $10 at the door, and 50/50 tickets will also be sold.
The proceeds help support the Kenton Lions’ projects, such as the work at Pioneer Park.
The KMHS Performing Arts Center is located at 751 Wildcat Way in Kenton.
