A rural Kenton man changed his plea to guilty on one count of persistent disorderly conduct in Hardin County Municipal Court on Wednesday.

63- year- old Gene Rainsburg was arrested in January of this year after an incident in the 15,000 block of Township Road 180.

He was originally charged with aggravated menacing after the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office received a call about threats and harassment at the location.

Rainsburg was sentenced to 30 days in jail, which was suspended.

He was placed on one-year unsupervised probation and fined $250 plus costs.
