Marysville Man Charged with Pandering Sexually Oriented Material Involving Minor
A Marysville man is facing a charge of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor or impaired person after a search warrant was served this morning.
According to a release, a search warrant was executed at around 7:00 this morning at 376 Windsor Drive in Marysville.
As a result, 46-year-old Anthony C. Burton Jr., was charged with the second-degree felony offense.
The case remains under investigation by the Ohio State Highway Patrol Computer Crimes Unit and the Marysville Police Department, with more charges pending.
