The Ohio Department of Health’s Breast and Cervical Cancer Project (BCCP) provides no-cost screening and diagnostic services to eligible women.

To qualify, participants must be Ohio residents, have an income at or below 300 percent of the Federal Poverty Level, and be uninsured or underinsured. Cervical cancer services are available to women 21 and older. Breast cancer services are available to women ages 21 to 39 with a physician-reported abnormality or other risk factors, and to women 40 and older.

Enrollment is based on the county of residence. Ohio has four Regional Enrollment Agencies. Once the appropriate agency is identified, applicants can complete a HIPAA-compliant online enrollment form.
