The Ohio State Highway Patrol congratulated Trooper Travis Ricker from the Lima Post, who won the Lima-Allen County Safe Community Traffic Safety Award.

He received the award at the 26th annual Safe Community Awards.

It was held over the weekend and was presented by the Lima-Allen County Safe Community Coalition.
