OhioHealth to Offer Free Sports Physicals for Kenton Student-Athletes on May 14
OhioHealth will once again be offering free sports physicals to Kenton student-athletes this Spring.
The physicals will be held on Wednesday, May 14th from 5:30 to 7:30pm at the OhioHealth Kenton Medical Office Building, located at 75 Washington Boulevard in Kenton.
Physical forms can be printed from your FinalForms account.
All students in grades 7 through 12 that plan to participate in a sport next school year must have a valid physical on file in the athletic office prior to participating.
