ONU To Host Ohio Academy of History Annual Meeting
Ohio Northern University will host the Ohio Academy of History’s Annual Meeting this Friday and Saturday, April 14-15, in the Dicke College of Business Administration building in Ada.
Topics will range from local to international history, including a presentation on the McGuffey onion field strike and a panel on the history of professional football.
Speakers will include Ohio Northern professors, educators from other institutions, and museum professionals from ONU, Allen County, Paulding County and Rutherford Hayes museums.
Social studies and history students from ONU will assist with running the event.
The public is welcome to attend the panels.
