Pedestrian Injured in Findlay Crash; Driver Cited for Failure to Yield

A pedestrian was injured after being hit by a car in Findlay Tuesday afternoon.

According to the report from the Findlay Police Department, 30-year-old Rachel Core was crossing Melrose Avenue, when she was struck by a car being driven by 24-year-old Tamara Pryor, who was turned onto Melrose from North Blanchard Street.

Core was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Pryor was cited for failing to yield to a pedestrian in the crosswalk.
