Pickup Hits Pedestrian in Kenton on Monday
The report on a vehicle/pedestrian accident that occurred this past Monday in Kenton was released this morning.
According to the Kenton Police Department report, 76-year-old Marri McCune was walking across Main Street, when she was hit by a pickup truck driven by 58-year-old Joel Althauser, who was turning from Eliza Street onto Main.
McCune was taken to Lima Memorial Hospital by BKP Ambulance.
Althauser was cited for failing to yield the right of way to a pedestrian.
