Quest Federal Credit Union Warns Members About Text Scams
Quest Federal Credit Union is warning members/owners about some text messages going around that suggest they are from Quest, but Credit Union officials say they are not.
The messages claim that there may be an unrecognized transaction or attempted transaction and that all future transactions may be blocked without providing information.
Do not respond to the text messages. These texts are sent by scammers and you are encouraged to not engage with them.
If you have concerns, log on to online banking and verify that your account is in good shape.
