A ribbon cutting celebration was held Tuesday for Black Tie Dumpsters.

Attending the ceremony were Holli Underwood and Deb Phillips from the Hardin County Chamber and Business Alliance, Martha Nau from United Way of Hardin County, Bobbie Cooley and Quinton Cooley owners of the business and Misti Smith from Honestly Clean.
