The Ridgemont School District is seeking renewal of a .75% income tax levy on the November 5th ballot.

The current levy will expire in December of 2025, and renewal will continue to provide school funding for 2026 to 2031.

The money is earmarked for the daily operating expenses of the Ridgemont School District..

Operating expenses include busing, utilities, maintenance, salary and benefits and classroom resources for staff and students.

Approximately $600,000 of the district’s regular operating budget comes from the .75% income tax levy.
