Rodriguez Family Honored with September Hardin County Beautification Award
Keep Hardin County Beautiful presented the Outstanding Beatification Award for September to Eric and Josette Rodriguez, 211 South Gormley Street in Forest.
The Rodriguez’s moved into the home almost thirty years ago.
They both felt strongly about living in a smaller town and both love old houses, and they found a treasure on a corner lot near the local park and have worked on it since purchasing the property.
They have made changes as time goes on, including removing trees that fell on the house, adding a sunroom and upgrading the porch.
Those are just a few of the projects they have completed over the years.
