Severe Thunderstorm Watch in Effect for Hardin and Surrounding Counties Until 10 PM Tonight

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch has been issued by the National Weather Service and is in effect until 10:00 PM EDT tonight, Wednesday, June 18, 2025.

This watch includes Hardin County and several surrounding counties including: Logan, Auglaize, Union, Delaware, Shelby, and Mercer.

Strong to severe thunderstorms are possible across the region this evening, with the potential for damaging winds, large hail, frequent lightning, and isolated tornadoes.

Residents in the affected counties are urged to monitor local weather alerts, remain indoors during storms, and be prepared to take shelter if warnings are issued.
