Suspect Arrested in Connection to Multiple Thefts in Village of Forest

A suspect has been arrested in connection to a theft investigation by the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies on New Year’s Eve asked for the public’s assistance to identify a subject who was allegedly responsible for multiple thefts that occurred in the Village of Forest.

The thefts were reported to the Sheriff’s Office at approximately 9:00 AM on New Year’s Eve.

Later that day, the suspect was located and taken into custody.

His name has not yet been released, and the investigation into the thefts continues.
