The Wait is Over: 2025 Hardin County Fair Begins in Kenton
The wait is finally over, the 2025 Hardin County Fair kicks-off today.
Gates open at 7:30 this morning and exhibit buildings open at 9am.
The official fair opening takes place at noon at the gazebo.
Rides will also open at noon, and numerous shows will be taking place throughout the day.
The highlight in the grandstand this evening, the crowning of the Junior Fair King and Queen followed by the Band Show, starts at 6:30pm.
Fair officials also announced that Katie Mustain of Lou’s Photographs will be the the official photographer for the 2025 Hardin County Fair.
She will be on the grounds all week capturing memorable moments from the fair. This year’s fair photographer is sponsored by the Hardin County Agricultural Society.
