Traffic Alert: Temporary Closure Scheduled This Week at Detroit and Eliza Intersection in Kenton
City of Kenton officials announced earlier today that there will be a temporary road closure at the intersection of Detroit and Eliza Streets in Kenton this week.
This is so crews can finalize the installation of the mainline water line and storm sewer.
The working hours are 6am until 4:30pm tomorrow, Thursday and Friday.
During these times, there will be no thru traffic on Eliza from Main to Detroit.
However, be assured that trenches will be closed and the road will be reopened after these hours to allow for local traffic access.
There will be no disruption to water services for homes or businesses in the affected area during this period.
