Vandalism Reported at Richwood Park; Police Identifying Suspects, Urge Parental Awareness

There have been some occurrences of vandalism at the Richwood Park.

The vandalism includes inside the restrooms even though they were only recently opened.

The Richwood Police Department has identified juveniles on video causing damage at the park, but obviously there are no cameras inside the restrooms.

A report is being forwarded to the prosecutor for charges for the damages outside of the restrooms.

Parents and guardians are being asked to speak with their kids and tell them if they are at the park causing any type of damage, and if and when they are identified, they are going to be charged.

Parents and guardians will also go to court as well and pay for any damages.
