The Wyandot County Public Health Department celebrated the opening of Harm Reduction vending machines Thursday with the Wyandot Chamber of Commerce at the Emergency Entrance of Wyandot Memorial Hospital.

The location is one of three machines now available in Wyandot County that offer free harm reduction items including COVID-19 test kits, Deterra Drug Deactivation System bags, naloxone and more.

The machines are also located at Wyandot Memorial Hospital’s Koehler Pharmacy and Urgent Care entrance in Upper Sandusky and at the Wyandot Memorial Providers at Carey building in Carey.

They are made possible through partnerships with various organizations in Wyandot County.
