Obituary for Anthony J. Frey

Anthony J. “Tony” Frey age 53 of Kirby, died on Aug. 18, 2025 at Wyandot Memorial Hospital.
On Dec. 17, 1971 he was born to the late Paul and Jocele (Clarridge) Frey. Mr. Frey is survived by a daughter Kaitlyn Frey, Marion and a son Joseph Frey, LaRue, siblings Rodger Spath, Lima, Rita Spath, Delaware, Jake Spath, Upper Sandusky, Rhonda (Tad) VanNess, Alexandria, Andrea (Tim) Thiel, Upper Sandusky, Sue (Christopher) Vent, Upper Sandusky and Tracy (Teresa) Frey, Kirby.

He is a 1990 graduate of Riverdale High School, was member of St. Mary’s Catholic Chapel, Kirby.
He had been employed as a truck driver Sims Brothers Recycling, Marion. Tony enjoyed spending time with his family, and being outdoors. He loved decorating the outside of his home for Christmas. Tony enjoyed the shooting sports, wood working, socializing at the tavern and was a classic blunt old man.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Mon. Aug. 25, 2025 at 10:30AM in St. Mary’s Catholic Chapel, Kirby with Father Savio Manavalan OFM Conv and Deacon Kevin Wintersteller officiating. Interment will be in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery, Kirby. Visitation is from 12:00PM-2:00PM at Bringman Clark Funeral Home on Sun. Aug. 24, 2025 with a 1:45PM Catholic Prayer Service. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary’s Cemetery or charity of the donor’s choice in care of Bringman Clark Funeral Home 226 E. Wyandot Ave. Upper Sandusky, OH 43351.
