Obituary for Betty V. Grossman

Betty V. Grossman age 100 of Upper Sandusky, died at Vancrest of Upper Sandusky on Thurs. Aug. 8, 2024. She was born on Dec. 27, 1923 in Wyandot Co. to the late Earl H. and Lulu A. (Stewart) Case. On July 19, 1943 she married Cleo S. Grossman, he preceded in death.

She is survived by daughters Vicky Marie (Jack) Borders, SC and Shari Kay (Mike) Kraus, Upper Sandusky, grandchildren Darcy (Scott) Washburn, Brian (Cherie) Borders, SC, great grandchildren Brianna Borders, Bryce Borders, Isaiah Washburn and Cory Washburn. Betty is preceded in death by a daughter Kandee Sue Grossman, siblings Helen Winspear, Earl Case, Robert Case, Mary Jo Turk and William Case.

Betty was a graduate of Eden High School, Upper Sandusky. She was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ. She retired from Wyandot County Probate Court after 30 years and was a member of Eastern Stars and Wyandot Piecemakers.

A graveside service will be held on Tues. Aug. 13, 2024 at 10:00am at Oak Hill Cemetery with Pastor Brad McKibben officating. Memorial contributions may be made to Trinity United Church of Christ or charity of the donor’s choice in care of Bringman Clark Funeral Home 226 E. Wyandot Ave. Upper Sandusky, OH 43351.
