Billie Mae (Manns) Legge, age 86 of Kenton, OH, went home to be with the Lord on September 12, 2025. She was born September 4, 1939, in Waylon, Kentucky, the daughter of Green and Sefronia Manns.

Billie Mae Manns married Ray Maurice Legge on September 26, 1959. He preceded her in death on April 4, 2014, and together they shared a life filled with love, family, and faith. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who cherished her family dearly.

She is survived by her children, Anita (Richard) VanBuskirk, Lora (Jeff) Furr, Tim Legge, Ted (Tammy) Legge, Eric (Nicky) Legge; 19 grandchildren and 1 on the way; 36 great grandchildren and 1 on the way; 3 great-great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and friends who loved her deeply; sisters: Emma Jean Fox, Sue Adams; brothers: Earnest Manns, and Eddie Manns.

She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Green and Sefronia Manns, and siblings: Hagar Manns, Georgie Treen, Herbert Manns, Roberta Huff, Justine Whitmore, Virgil Manns, and JB Manns.

Billie Mae loved her church, Kenton Full Gospel, and was a faithful woman of God. She enjoyed spending time with her family, attending flea markets, and blessing others with her kindness. Her gentle spirit and unwavering love for the Lord left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her.

The family extends their heartfelt thanks to Alexis Burchiel-Baker and Hannah Woodard, and to caregivers Wava Howard and Louise Morris Manns. We love you and thank you for loving our mother.
 
Funeral Services will be held at 2pm on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at Kenton Full Gospel Church with Pastors Earnest Manns and Anita VanBuskirk officiating. Friends and family may call from 12-2pm at the church prior to the service.

A committal service will be held at Grove Cemetery Committal Building following the funeral service. Arrangements for the Legge family are in the care of SCHINDEWOLF-STOUT-CRATES FUNERAL HOME in Kenton.

Memorial contributions may be made to Kenton Full Gospel Church in Billie Mae’s honor.
