Carlos E. Ratliff age 81 of Upper Sandusky, died on Mar. 1, 2024 at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus. He was born Nov. 18, 1942 in Hardin Co. to the late Leslie and Betty (Lambert) Ratliff.
Mr. Ratliff is survived by a daughter Carla (Rande) Ricketts, FL, sisters Shirley Musgrave, Forest and Bonnie (Jerry) Huston, Wharton.
Mr. Ratliff graduated from Forest High School in 1960. He had worked with Alvada Construction Company for many years. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting.
