Bud was a 1988 Kenton High School Graduate. Later he worked at Honda Transmission for 14 years. He loved his animals. Always going to swap meets looking for more. He was a bird man at heart, spending countless hours taking care of his chicken. He loved to fish and was also an avid hunter. He started hunting at a very early age.

Bud was more than just a son, brother, grandson, uncle, cousin, and friend. He was our protector, our guardian, who was always there for all of us. He always did a little bit more than when he needed to do. He will be greatly missed by all.

A celebration of life for Cecil L. “Bud” Vermillion II will be held at a later date. Burial will take place at Norman Cemetery at a later date. The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton is assisting the family with the arrangements.

Memorial contributions in Bud’s honor may be made to the American Heart Association.
