Obituary for Connie J Swartz

Connie Jean Swartz age 81 of Upper Sandusky, died June 19, 2025 at the Wyandot County Skilled Nursing & Rehab Center. She was born Feb. 18, 1944 in Wyandot Co. to the late Woodrow & Gertrude (Myers) Snavely. She married Robert L. Swartz on Aug. 26, 1962 and he survives along with daughters Pamela (Kevin) Baker and Amy (Mark) Ratliff, both of Upper Sandusky, grandchildren Jordan (Ashley) Ratliff & Ian (Kayla) Baker, a great grandchild Makenna Krohmer. She is preceded in death by a sister Joy Gault.

Mrs. Swartz was a member of John Stewart United Methodist Church.

Services are private with Pastor Betsy Bowen officiating. Interment is in Oak Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Wyandot Memorial Hospice in care of Bringman Clark Funeral Home 226 E. Wyandot Ave. Upper Sandusky, OH 43351.
