Obituary for Eileen E. Motter

Eileen E. Motter age 93 died on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 in Findlay, Ohio. Eileen was born on March 16, 1932, in Forest, Ohio to the late Howard and Geneva (Stanford) Staley.

She was preceded in death by her husband James F. Motter, daughter Carol Wilmsmeyer,  great-grand daughter Leah Motter, and sister Vivian (Riegel) Lamb. She is survived by children, Duane (Cheri), Rodney (Julie), Dwight (Joyce), Susan (Tracy) McAfee, Roger (Cheryl), Beverly (Lance) Hanners, grandchildren, great-grandchildren,  great-great grandchildren, brothers Paul Staley and Larry (Ann) Staley, and sister Shirley (Ted) Morris.

She attended church at the Assembly of God for many years. Eileen taught her children about the love of Jesus Christ and therefore we know we will see her again in heaven.

Visitation will be held Monday, April 28, 2025 from 6-8 pm and Tuesday, April 29, 2025 10-11 am with funeral services starting at 11:00 am Tuesday, at CRATES FUNERAL HOME, 620 N.
