Hazel L. Rodabaugh, age 93, of Bluffton, passed away on Monday, February 3, 2025 at Maple Crest, Bluffton.
She was born on March 13, 1931 in rural Ada, Ohio to the late Wilber and Ethel (Kimble) Elwood. On October 12, 1995 Hazel married Dr. E. Roy Rodabaugh and he preceded her in death on May 26, 2006.
Hazel retired from Mold-Tech Division of Standex where she worked as an accountant. She was a 1949 graduate of Dola High School. Hazel was a member of the Bluffton Presbyterian Church. She was a member and past president of the American Business Women’s Association.
Hazel is survived by her nineteen nieces and nephews; step children: Tim Rodabaugh of Ada and Sharon (Clifford) Lord of Powder Springs, GA; a step daughter-in-law, Christine Rodabaugh of Bella Vista, AR; and sister-in-law, Doris Elwood of Dunkirk; and several step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her five brothers and sisters; step-son, Tom Rodabaugh; step daughter-in-law, Karen Rodabaugh.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 28, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Hanson-Neely-Allison Funeral & Cremation Services, Ada.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 10:00 to 11:00 AM on Friday, February 28th at Hanson-Neely-Allison Funeral & Cremation Services, Ada.
