Obituary for Juanita L. Smith
Juanita Louise Smith age 78 of Forest died at Promedica Hospital, Toledo, on Feb. 8, 2026. She was born Nov. 9, 1947 in Akron to the late Henry Franklin Myers and Alvine Louise Fegan. She is survived by her children William (Aletha) Starcher, Toledo, Sheri (Raymond Sr.) Carey, Forest, Robert (Crystal) Starcher, Findlay, grandchildren Amber (Paul) Searls, Forest, Morgan (Steve) Gault, Forest, Raymond Jr. Carey, Forest, Steven Carey, Forest, Lauren Starcher, Findlay, Allie Starcher, Findlay, great grandchildren Donald, Candance (Serenity), Chevelle, Tyerion and Vance.
She had been a waitress at Cracker Barrel and Cardinal Truck Stop. Juanita enjoyed playing the lottery, especially scratch off tickets. She also enjoyed reading Women’s World Magazines, dancing, singing, and watching true crime documentations.
