If she was not in the homemaker building, you would find her sitting on a bench by the grandstand catching up with all her family and friends. She loved watching football, especially the Ohio State Buckeyes. She enjoyed playing any type of card games with her family and friends. In her later years, you would find her reading a good book or doing a challenging puzzle. She was an extremely proud parent and grandmother. She supported all her children in their activities growing up. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and loved bragging about all their accomplishments to anyone who would listen. If you knew Kate, you definitely knew how much she loved and how proud she was of her family.
